Qualifications:

• Dealership experience preferred but not required
• ASE Certification preferred but not required
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Experience or technician training a must
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Back up the Finance & Insurance Manager
• Meet or exceed the minimum required sales goals
• Assist in securing financing for customers
• Accurately submitting paperwork to lenders
• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines

Shenango Honda is seeking an Assistant Parts Manager for a long term opportunity. This experienced individual should be helpful, eager to learn, reliable and team oriented. This person would be responsible for providing customer service and sales assistance to retail and wholesale customers as well as service department employees.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Look up parts for technicians & have parts readily available when needed
• Answer telephones for outside parts sales
• Wait on customers at parts counter
• Assist in putting away inventory orders and keeping current inventory orderly and neat
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• Must have previous Parts experience (dealership preferred)
