Cliff is an awesome sales rep, he was quick, professional and easy to understand, great stuff all around, the car was definitely an upgrade and it's way more spacious, while retaining the fuel efficiency. Went in to buy a used car. They must think they are the only car dealer around! They were asking almost 10 grand for a 16-year-old car! I offered what kbb said would be a fair deal. I was told that kbb did not know cars. And would not budge. So, left without car. Two weeks later and they still have the car and have lowered the price. The people I worked with are not listed.

I had a scheduled oil change. The man at the counter (half a hoagie at his desk) told me I had to talk with the woman (who was on a phone call with a customer since I entered the building). I had initially cancelled the oil change with the woman and this man made my rescheduled appointment. I cannot help to think that this man does not like to wait on a woman yet alone a disabled woman because a man walked in after me and he took full care of him! Do all disabled people get ignored here?!?

I've got three Hondas over the years and all were great vehicles. Mike Morocco sold me the first two and Cliff sold me the latest. Both of these fellows were a bit different than typical car salesman. Neither engaged is bs'ing me or making false promises. The manager I though was fair I thought but I know his first concern was his own bottom line. This dealership is taking advantage of the current market by not offering any discounts at all. They are also undervaleing trade in vehicles by more than 60%. I understand that they need to make a profit but, these people are sooooo gready that I will never step foot in this dealership again and have my intelligence questioned by such a lowball trade in offer. Just bought a HRV on 9/7/21 from Shenango Honda. The business manager, Bob Spencer, was so pushy. I got an extended warranty on my car and then wanted to cancel it a couple of days later which my contract says I can do. The only problem is that no one will reply back to emails or return phone calls.

I purchased a used CRV from Shenango Honda almost 4 years ago and had a bad experience. Vehicle had a bad vibration and had a plugged front tire on the front that kept going flat. Did replace tire and after having them look at it I finally took it to Preston Honda and they fixed the vibration. excellent dealership for service, recently stopped in for an oil change. $29.95 for an oil change with synthetic oil . there is no other place around , that can beat this price. They also do a multipoint inspection on your auto, and also hand wash it. they never tried to sell me services I did not need. Very friendly people . I would highly recommend for service .
